Please read our terms and conditions carefully. By visiting the website and ordering products, you agree to these terms. Upon placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email, but this does not mean the order is finalized. If payment by bank card fails, the order is canceled. Orders are subject to operator verification. The company reserves the right to cancel registration and user accounts if legal requirements are violated. Prices on the site are in GEL, including VAT.
Return Policy
Refunds are issued if the purchased item is out of stock, does not match the website description, or is damaged during transportation. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the buyer's bank account. Payments made by card will be refunded to the customer's bank account.
Delivery Terms
Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times are specified individually for each product.
