Kvary.Network is a governance-first, settlement-centric infrastructure designed to serve as a clearing house, notary, and source of truth for platform operations. It records, verifies, anchors, and settles outcomes, but does not perform real-world actions. Operational actions happen externally; Kvary settles and anchors the reference truth.

Architectural Principles

• Settlement Layer: Kvary is not an operational action engine. It observes, records, and settles states and outcomes.
• Source of Truth: All platform events, evidence, and state changes are auditable and anchored for integrity.
• Modular Design: Stakeholder onboarding, governance procedures, and contract templates are separated for clarity and compliance.

Goals

• Land Owner: Registers land plots, submits evidence, and participates in governance.
• Investor / Buyer: Expresses interest, submits compliance evidence, and awaits governance prerequisites.
• Logistics Provider: Offers transport and storage services, records operational data.
• Mechanization & Agro Services: Provides machinery and field operations, anchors service records.
• Input Supplier: Supplies agricultural inputs, records product categories and compliance.
• Processing & Storage: Handles post-harvest processing, anchors storage and processing events.

Governance & State Machines

• Governance Procedures: EX-UR-01 (User Registration), EX-PL-01 (Land Registration), EX-IP-04 (Inspection), EX-PR-01 (Procurement), EX-TN-01 (Tender), EX-CT-01 (Contract), EX-ST-01 (Settlement).
• State Mapping: Stakeholder actions are mapped to governance states; UI reflects state, not process.
• Settlement Principle: "Settlement is truth, not opinion." Only records and anchors outcomes; does not decide or perform actions.

UI & User Experience

• Governance-Safe UI: All onboarding and context screens use neutral, settlement-centric language. No workflow, automation, or approval logic is present.
• Role Context: Each stakeholder has a dedicated onboarding prototype, visually consistent, with helper texts explaining governance boundaries.
• Navigation: UI links roles to their context or onboarding prototypes; Land Owner onboarding is detailed, others are informational.

KES (Kvary Evidence Standard)

• KES Files: Serve as deterministic settlement blueprints, not operational contracts.
• State Machines: Define allowed transitions, required evidence, and anchoring points.
• Audit-Friendly: KES is declarative, transparent, and does not trigger external actions.

Settlement-Centric Language

• Allowed: record, submit, verify, validate, settle, finalize, anchor, "anchoring proof available", "state updated", "evidence recorded".
• Prohibited: action-taking terms, system decisions, automation language, and phrases implying real-world control.
• Boundary Comments: Where ambiguity exists, code comments clarify governance boundaries.

Current State & Direction

• UI prototypes: All stakeholder onboarding screens are governance-aligned, visually consistent, and settlement-centric.
• Governance documents: Language is settlement-safe; triggers record and anchor, not perform actions.
• KES templates: Serve as state blueprints, not operational engines.
• Future: Continue refining governance procedures, anchoring mechanisms, and UI clarity. Maintain strict separation between settlement and operations.
