Digital Village is a Web3-powered, smart contract-based hybrid platform that connects landowners, farmers, investors, suppliers, logistics companies, governments, and international organizations to create a transparent, efficient, and sustainable agri-ecosystem. Our Story
Digital Village was founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic after winning a hackathon organized by UNDP, GITA, and RDA. Initially aimed at helping rural communities sell products and access resources, the platform has since evolved into a fully-fledged smart contract marketplace operating in both barter and monetary transactions.
Today, Digital Village manages over 1,000 hectares of land, integrates AI-driven analysis, and provides a wide range of multi-sector services.
