ICPI Legacy Removal Package

Executed In Sprint 55

The legacy colocated ICPI runtime slice in svc-tenders has now been removed.

Removed Legacy Files / Modules

Removed from svc-tenders:

• services/svc-tenders/src/routes/registerIcpiRoutes.ts
• services/svc-tenders/src/routes/support/icpiRouteSupport.ts
• services/svc-tenders/src/icpi/contracts.ts
• services/svc-tenders/src/icpi/queryParsers.ts
• services/svc-tenders/src/icpi/validation.ts
• services/svc-tenders/src/icpi/repository.ts
• services/svc-tenders/src/routes/registerIcpiRoutes.js
• services/svc-tenders/src/routes/support/icpiRouteSupport.js

Removed legacy runtime wiring:

• ICPI route import/build/repository wiring from services/svc-tenders/src/server.ts

Removed fallback-only script:

• dev:api:icpi-fallback from package.json

What Stays Shared

Shared on purpose:

• gateway ICPI route shape in services/api/src/routes/icpi.ts
• gateway auth behavior in services/api/src/auth/middleware.ts
• shared auth/identity resolution behind /auth/me

What Stays In Place But Was Not Removed

Still present:

• canonical ICPI runtime in services/svc-icpi
• stale source-tree JS artifacts such as services/svc-tenders/src/server.js and services/svc-tenders/src/repository.js

Migration Residue Status

Migration residue is now removed from svc-tenders.

Canonical migration owner:

• services/svc-icpi/migrations

Invocation status:

• package.json migrate:all now includes migrate:icpi
• package.json migrate:icpi remains available for ICPI-only work

Notes

• svc-tenders remains active for non-ICPI domains.
• This package removes the old ICPI service runtime slice only.
• The remaining ICPI cleanup area inside svc-tenders is stale compiled JS residue, not active route/runtime or migration code.
